  • Organization: The entity or group (such as an employer, healthcare institution, or department) that licenses and administers the Leadership Impact Index to its users.
  • Admin User: A designated representative of an Organization who manages their group’s use of the Site, including but not limited to initiating assessments, viewing deidentified group results, and managing participant invitations.
  • Personal Data: Any information that can directly or indirectly identify a person, including names, contact details, IP addresses, or other identifiers, as defined under applicable data privacy laws, including GDPR.

Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

1. Information You Provide

This includes:

  • Assessment responses (anonymous by design);
  • Organization information, including Admin User details;
  • Account registration data (for Admin Users only);
  • Communications with our support or customer service teams;
  • Voluntarily submitted survey or feedback responses.

2. Information Collected Automatically

We may automatically collect:

  • IP addresses, browser types, device info;
  • Usage behavior on the Site (pages visited, session duration, etc.);
  • Cookie and tracking data (see section below).

How We Use Your Information

We use collected data to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Leadership Impact Index;
  • Deliver customer support and communicate with Admin Users;
  • Conduct product development, research, and benchmarking;
  • Generate aggregate, deidentified reports for Organizations;
  • Comply with legal obligations.

Data Ownership and Use

  • Ownership: CWS retains ownership of all data collected through the Site.
  • Deidentification: All assessment responses are stored and processed in a way that ensures individual anonymity. No data shared outside the platform will contain identifying information.
  • Research & Development: We may use deidentified, aggregated data for product improvement, industry insights, benchmarking, and future tool development.

Admin Users

Admin Users may be required to create an account to access administrative functionality. Admin account information is limited to essential data (e.g., name, email address) and is never disclosed publicly or used for any purpose beyond supporting the functionality of the tool and communication with the Organization.

If Admin Users are asked to complete a survey or assessment, the same anonymity protections described above will apply.

Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR Compliance)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process your Personal Data under one or more of the following legal bases:

  • Your consent;
  • The necessity to perform a contract with you or your Organization;
