This includes:
- Assessment responses (anonymous by design);
- Organization information, including Admin User details;
- Account registration data (for Admin Users only);
- Communications with our support or customer service teams;

- Usage behavior on the Site (pages visited, session duration, etc.);

- Ownership: CWS retains ownership of all data collected through the Site.
- Deidentification: All assessment responses are stored and processed in a way that ensures individual anonymity. No data shared outside the platform will contain identifying information.
- Research & Development: We may use deidentified, aggregated data for product improvement, industry insights, benchmarking, and future tool development.
Admin Users
Admin Users may be required to create an account to access administrative functionality. Admin account information is limited to essential data (e.g., name, email address) and is never disclosed publicly or used for any purpose beyond supporting the functionality of the tool and communication with the Organization.
If Admin Users are asked to complete a survey or assessment, the same anonymity protections described above will apply.
